Ms. Puybareau-Manaud represents clients on matters involving the evaluation, acquisition, development, and protection of their intellectual property rights in the U.S. and internationally.
Ms. Puybareau-Manaud is admitted to practice in New York and Paris. She has specific expertise in international intellectual property and commercial law including European Law and French law, and has advised clients from the United States and abroad in a variety of international transactions and with respect to global intellectual property protection strategies.
Prior to joining IP Advantages LLC, Ms. Puybareau-Manaud was an associate at Cohen Pontani Lieberman & Pavane LLP, where she successfully litigated patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, trade secret, and commercial matters in federal courts throughout the United States.
In France, Ms. Puybareau-Manaud acquired litigation experience at Gide Loyrette Nouel and as a law clerk at the Paris Commercial Court (Sect. 9)
