Mr. Parham is an experienced intellectual property lawyer and engineer. He advises clients on patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition issues including application filings and prosecution, opinions, product clearances, licensing, and litigation support. His technical concentrations include computer hardware and systems, controls, digital communications, electronics, semiconductors, and software. Mr. Parham has traveled internationally to interview inventors and advise clients, and worked closely with foreign associates to coordinate and advance clients’ intellectual property interests around the globe, especially in the Asia Pacific region. He has drafted, prosecuted and obtained numerous strong US and PCT patents in various technical fields. He has also produced concise patentability and infringement opinions that have greatly helped clients in their market entry process and gaining competitive positions. In addition, Mr. Parham also negotiated advantageous cross-licensing agreements for consumer products and advised clients on near and long-term IP issues.
